Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of raheelshan.com (the "Site") and anything you buy or download from it. The Site is operated by Muhammad Raheel, trading as Ohad Technologies ("OhadTech"), Karachi, Pakistan. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. What the Site offers

• Blog posts and articles — free technical content on Laravel, JavaScript, React and related topics.
• Digital products — downloadable software such as Chrome extensions, sold as one-time purchases.
• Newsletter — optional email updates about new posts, videos and announcements.
• Consulting and development services — booked through the contact page or a linked scheduling service. These are covered by a separate agreement or proposal, not these terms, except where noted below.

2. Accounts and purchases

No account is required. When you buy a digital product you provide a name, email address and phone number so the download link can be delivered. You are responsible for entering a correct email address — the download link and the backup email go there.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already completed.

3. Digital product licence

When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it for your own business or personal purposes.

You may:

• Install it on browsers and devices you personally use.
• Use the data you export with it for your own lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, share or redistribute the product, its download link, or its licence.
• Remove copyright notices or claim the product as your own.
• Reverse engineer or copy the code in order to build a competing product.

"Lifetime access" means access to the version you bought and any future updates to that product for as long as it is offered. It does not mean the product will be maintained forever; a product may be retired at our discretion, but your existing copy keeps working under this licence.

4. Your responsibility when using data tools

Some products collect publicly listed business information from third-party websites (for example, map listings). By using such a tool you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use the exported data, including compliance with the terms of the site you collect it from and with any data-protection, privacy, anti-spam or telemarketing law that applies to you and your recipients.
• You will not use the data to harass, spam, or unlawfully contact anyone.
• The tool is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Google or any other third party whose listings it reads.

We are not responsible for changes made by third-party sites that reduce or break a tool's functionality.

5. Free tiers and trials

Where a product has a free tier, it is provided as-is so you can test it on real data before paying. The free tier's limits may change without notice.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Blog content and code

Articles and code samples on the Site are provided for education. Unless a post states otherwise, you may use code snippets from articles in your own projects, including commercial ones, without attribution. You may not republish full articles elsewhere without permission. Code samples are provided without warranty — test before relying on them.

8. Newsletter

Subscribing is optional. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Checking the newsletter box at checkout is separate from purchasing; you can buy without subscribing.

9. Consulting and services

Any development, consulting or automation work is scoped, priced and governed by a written proposal, contract, or the terms of the platform used to book it. Where such a document exists it takes priority over these terms for that engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deposits paid to reserve work are non-refundable once work has started.
• Ownership of custom deliverables transfers to you on full payment.
• Pre-existing code, libraries and tools we bring to the project remain ours and are licensed to you for use within the deliverable.

10. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its admin systems. Don't use the Site or any product to do anything unlawful.

11. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, branding, and products belong to OhadTech unless stated otherwise. Third-party names (Google, Chrome, Laravel, React and so on) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

12. No warranties

The Site, its content, and its products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific purpose, or that any exported data will be complete or accurate. Third-party sites change without notice, and results from data tools will vary.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OhadTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Site or a product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms. Purchases already made are governed by the terms in force when you bought.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Karachi, Sindh. Before going to court, contact us — most issues can be sorted out directly.
