For when you need an answer, not a project. Architecture review, "should I use Laravel or Next for this", debugging a decision before you commit to it.

Hourly — $45 / hour
For ongoing work where the scope moves: bug fixes, feature additions to an existing codebase, API integrations, performance work.

Fixed-Scope Project — from $2,500
For a defined deliverable with a defined end. You get a written proposal with scope, milestones, and a price that doesn't change unless the scope does.

How I work
Stack. Laravel on the backend, React on the web, React Native for mobile. I don't build in stacks I don't ship in production myself.
Architecture first. Domain-driven, modular Laravel with typed DTOs and single-purpose query classes. You get a codebase another developer can read.
Communication. WhatsApp for quick questions, email for decisions, a weekly written update on any project longer than two weeks.
Payment. Bank transfer, Wise, or card. Invoices from Ohad Technologies, Karachi.
Questions
Do you work with agencies? Yes. Hourly and Retainer are both white-label friendly.
Can I start hourly and move to a retainer? Yes, any time. Hours already paid roll into the first retainer month.
What if the project goes over the fixed price? It doesn't, unless you add scope. Added scope gets a separate written estimate before I touch it.
Do you sign NDAs? Yes. Send yours, or I'll send mine.
What timezone are you in? Karachi, UTC+5. I overlap with Europe mornings and US East Coast mornings, and have worked Canadian hours for clients before.
Refunds? See the Refund Policy. Short version: unused hours are refundable, deposits are refundable before work starts, the extension is refundable if it doesn't work as described.
