This policy explains what personal data raheelshan.com (the "Site") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The Site is operated by Muhammad Raheel, trading as Ohad Technologies ("OhadTech"), Karachi, Pakistan.

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver what you asked for, we don't sell your data, and our Chrome extensions run entirely in your browser without sending anything to us.

1. What we collect and why

When you buy a digital product

• Name, email address, phone number — to deliver your download link, send the backup email, and provide support.
• Order details (product, price, date, payment reference) — to keep purchase records and handle refund requests.
• Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider. We receive a confirmation and a transaction reference; we never receive or store your full card number.

When you subscribe to the newsletter

• Email address and the topics you selected (videos, blogs, announcements) — to send you those updates and nothing else.

When you contact us

• Whatever you include in the message, plus your email address or phone number — to reply to you.

When you book a call

Bookings go through a third-party scheduling service. Their privacy policy applies to the data you enter there.

When you browse the Site

• Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — for security and to keep the Site running.
• Analytics via Google Tag Manager and its connected tags — to understand which posts and pages are read. See section 4.

2. What we do not collect

• We don't require an account, so we don't store passwords or login history.
• We don't buy data about you from anyone else.
• We don't collect anything from inside our Chrome extensions (see section 3).

3. Chrome extensions

Our Chrome extensions (for example, Map Business Data to CSV) run entirely in your browser:

• Data collected from map listings is stored locally in your browser and exported to a file on your machine.
• No analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking is built into the extension.
• Nothing you collect is sent to our servers or to anyone else.
• We have no access to your exports and cannot recover them if you delete them.

The data you export belongs to third-party listings. How you use it is your responsibility — see the Terms of Service.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics tags. These set cookies that record how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, time on page, rough location by IP, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect purchasing or downloading products.

Where required by law in your region, we will ask for consent before loading non-essential cookies.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with services needed to run the Site:

• Payment provider — to process your purchase.
• Email delivery service — to send download links, purchase confirmations, and newsletters.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — where the Site and its database run.
• Analytics (Google) — as described above.
• Scheduling service — if you book a call.

Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal data with anyone, and we don't share it with advertisers.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the Site from fraud or abuse.

6. International transfers

We are based in Pakistan. The services above may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. By using the Site you accept that your data may be processed outside your own country.

7. How long we keep data

• Purchase records — 7 years, for accounting and to honour lifetime access and future updates.
• Newsletter subscription — until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed from the mailing list within 30 days.
• Contact messages — up to 2 years, or until the matter is resolved, whichever is longer.
• Server logs — up to 90 days.
• Analytics data — per Google's default retention settings, which we do not extend.

8. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you.
• Correct data that's wrong.
• Delete your data, except purchase records we are legally required to keep.
• Stop sending you marketing email (or use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter).
• Export your data in a common format.

Email [email protected] with your request. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first — usually by replying from the email address on file.

If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a data-protection regulator, you also have the right to complain to that regulator.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Purchase and subscriber data is stored in an access-controlled database. Card details never touch our systems. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.

10. Children

The Site and its products are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. If a change materially affects how we use data you've already given us, we will email you or post a notice on the Site.
